Establishment of the resource requirements for group auditing of individual (GLP) studies. Direct and contribute to group auditing and oversee the collation of audit observations. Maintain an up to date knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and an awareness of any changes to the regulations. Maintain an up to date knowledge of the systems and procedures in the lab divisions/safety assessment divisions. Plan and organise allocated group report audits.• Liaising with Unit Heads and Section Managers regarding resource requirements.• Allocation of parts of studies to individual Auditors on specific report audits, making effective use of resources during the audit.• Collation of all audit observations and taking responsibility for the completeness of the audit.• Acting as a QA signatory on QA statements• Assisting with the training of staff• Performance of audits and inspections• Providing technical audit advice to QA auditors• Lead and performance of Facility Inspections • Review of Company and Departmental SOP’s• Supervise and direct auditors to ensure audits are completed to a high standard and on-time• Contribution to meetings with client companies and regulators when they visit the Company• Work with QA staff to improve interdepartmental communication.
