This position reported directly to the Director of Support and Customer Care, duties included, logging of support calls, emails and customer enquiries. Investigate customer issues and triage calls to appropriate support function (application, technical or compliance). Follow up with customers to confirm issues were resolved and to rate their support experience. Maintained departmental customer support website for FAQ’s, program updates, etc.

This position reported to the Loss Prevention Manager. Duties include reducing in-store theft, shortage prevention, investigation of internal and external theft, analysis of video to determine patterns and target repeat offenders and organized gangs. Worked closely with Law Enforcement, on theft investigations, suspects and arrests, also provided court testimony when arrests lead to prosecution. Achieved highest recovery rate/ loss prevention in Oregon and Washington.

This position reported to the General Manager. Duties included greeting customers, cross sell of services and memberships, resolving customer issues and problems, Training of new associates, management of “kids club” a child friendly play area.

This position reported to the Employee Store General Manager. Duties included processing all incoming and outgoing shipment, order fulfillment, customer billing and tracking. Creation and maintenance of in store product displays and signage. Monitoring of inventory, reporting on low and overstocked items.
