As a Resident Assistant, I fostered a tight knit community among a floor of freshman students who were new to each other and life at UMass. Through interactive floor meetings and events, I was able to build a relationship with all 32 of my residents. Moreover, many of my residents bonded strongly with each other, and because of the sense of community on the floor, have chosen to remain roommates or live on the same floor in the upcoming semester.

As a Start Intern, I successfully worked with my team in order to develop recommendations for a nationally recognized non-profit organization. I used Alteryx to analyze large data sets and Tableau to clearly show areas in which the non-profit could strengthen its weaker markets. My group and I presented the recommendations to Audit and Tax managers and partners.

As a sales associate, I successfully assisted customers with their product selections and purchases. By collaborating with my other associates, we were able to meet daily sales goals by cross-selling and promoting additional products. I also responded to telephone inquiries by providing quality service to customers and associates.

As an intern at Harvard's Department of Health, I maintained administrative files while coordinating procedures and policies for administrative activities. On a daily basis, I assisted in internal operations and schedules. Moreover, I was responsible for keeping track fo equipment inventory and of events held by the university.

As a teaching assistant during the summers of 2015 and 2016, I reinforced material and lessons presented by teachers to students either one-on-one or in small groups. I also tutored students in Latin to help master their comprehension as well as helped with record keeping by taking attendance and grading quizzes and homework.
