• Documented C4ISR Systems material assessment discrepancies for the Egyptian Navy Fast Missile Craft (ENFMC) Project. Maintained a systems status report that provided tracking for parts and materials and a tracking database for all discrepancies identified during acceptance testing events and shipboard trials for all ships.• Developed and implemented a maintenance program, consisting of over 600 organizational level and 350 intermediate level maintenance procedures resulting in complete maintenance coverage for the ship.• Provided classroom and underway training for all ENFMC C4ISR personnel on all ships.• Interfaced and liaised with VTHM Shipbuilder, and various contractors and government agencies to provide status updates, reports, and provide technical assistance.• Tracked shipment and delivery of Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), ensuring all items were aboard prior to delivery.• Researched and developed a Craft Information Book which contained the purpose, capabilities, and limitations of systems aboard the Fast Missile Craft. Developed an Engineer’s Operating Manual which provided operator instructions, similar to CSOSS/EOSS, on how to properly and safely power on/off equipment, setup equipment for different operational conditions, and emergency procedures.• Reviewed all C4ISR technical documentation and drawings to ensure content was complete and appropriate for the FMC project, which resulted in the identification of over 40 technical and integration issues.
