Product Release Manager
CurrentAs part of the Product Operations team at Tadaweb, I support the scaling of our company by driving the Product Release strategy, implementation and execution:- Coordination of the Product Delivery, at an International scale (6 markets)- Fast pace delivery, including Product Increments from 5 development squads- Collaboration with the DevOps/SRE (Site reliability engineering) Team to implement a Continuous Deployment pipeline- Permanent synchronisation with the Customer Success Team, to ensure communication and understanding of Release Materials such a Changelogs and Release NotesAs a Product Operations Specialist, I also dedicate a big part of my time implementing processes and good practices that increase the efficiency of our teams, in a fast-moving environment: - Striving for Engineering Excellence through leadership, championning and encouraging good practices- Tight collaboration with the QA Team, to implement Test Automation in the whole Release pipeline- Product Operations knowledgebase creation, maintenance and improvement- Design, implementation and improvements of the Product Delivery processes- Maintenance and improvements of the Product development workflowsMy other responsibilities include APIs & Sources operational management.Namely:- Managing a portfolio of APIs and distributing API keys to each of our customer platforms- Collaborating with the APIs & Sources Manager around acquisition of new sources, deprecation of old ones, and APIs invoicing- Collaborating with Development Teams for the implementation of new Sources, APIs and data collection abilities in the Tadaweb codebase.
