As a litigation partner at Lewis Roca, I am dedicated to defending the reputation of my clients' companies and the products they manufacture. My goal is to anticipate their needs and consistently rise to the occasion. This involves closely collaborating with clients to understand their definitions of success. The aspect of litigation I enjoy the most is learning about their businesses and products through each case. For the past 29 years, my practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, including product liability, class actions, and consumer finance cases. I represent manufacturers and distributors of products such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices and implants, asbestos, tobacco, tires, titanium, hot air balloons and aircraft.I regularly collaborate as local Nevada counsel for companies and firms lacking presence or experience with Nevada courts and procedure. These clients repeatedly seek my insight into the peculiar aspects of Nevada law and its elected state judiciary. A recent client, new to litigation in the United States, appreciated my ability to explain, in a straightforward manner what to expect when it was sued in Nevada.
