• Support all marketing efforts to build brand awareness, generate/nurture leads, and drive enrollments/clients. • Execute on and help evolve marketing strategy as the business grows, both working independently and with internal/external specialists. • Work closely with developer and designer to implement website changes or new pages needed to support marketing initiatives. • Work with internal team and vendors to develop and run effective prospecting, remarketing and nurturing campaigns. • Work with Executive Director of Marketing and vendors to develop strategies (including targeting, design direction, and messaging) that deliver on goals. • Author and manage email marketing, including campaign email deployment. • Create and distribute content, manage channels and report performance • Promote local events and plan/manage execution of online events and marketing support (e.g. online conferences and sample classes). • Define value proposition and mission statement for current stage of the company, and assure messaging is consistent and on brand across all touchpoints. • Monitor and report on website traffic and marketing campaigns • Leverage upcoming implementation of new software to develop segmentation and improve nurturing through the marketing funnel.
