Through targeted efforts, I successfully onboarded and engaged a staggering user base of 2,000 individuals, enabling the entire class to establish vital connections and exchange information before their physical presence on campus. Additionally, I assumed the responsibility of diligently managing and monitoring group chats, offering invaluable assistance and prompt resolution of inquiries to optimize user experience and ensure smooth adoption of the app.

Under contract with the FDA, I was hired under the ISN corporation to tackle a large community issue involving youth smoking and it’s health hazards. I played an important role in reducing the amount of tobacco products being sold to minors in the state of Florida. I worked undercover as a 16-17 year old at the time to test various stores across the state if they would sell to me. If they did, evidence of the purchase was preserved and a warning would be issued to the store. Overall, we noticed a 10% decrease in unlawful sales during my time of employment. This trend was used as an argument in state proceedings to more strictly enforce sales in stores.
