With 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, I have substantial experience in a variety of disciplines to include safety, compliance, ground operations, customer service, aircraft maintenance, inflight, finance and large station leadership. I have a strong track record of producing operational outcomes, leading large teams through times of challenge and change while simultaneously achieving organizational goals on-time, on-budget and with an absolute focus on doing so in a safe and compliant fashion. I take my role in developing the next organizational leaders seriously and spend significant energy and time coaching, teaching and leading by example with the goal of developing a strong bench and building a responsible succession plan. As a leader of large teams, more than 1,000 people in my last two assignments, I understand the value of employee engagement and recognition. Today, I serve as the managing sponsor for the Pride EBRG BOS chapter and previously, at ORD, I served as the managing sponsor for the Black Professionals Network.
