I focus my practice in the areas of toxic tort and asbestos litigation, and also have broad appellate experience in all areas of practice. I am admitted to practice law in New Jersey, including the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the 3rd and 9th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court.I serve as national, regional and local counsel with responsibility for tens of thousands of cases filed against several clients including a global engineering, construction and power company; a manufacturer of industrial adhesives, coatings and sealants; and a global manufacturer of powertrain products.I served as trial and appellate counsel for an international energy company as well as a leading maker of paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals.I have defended toxic tort cases, from inception through trial and appeal, in jurisdictions throughout the United States, including regular appearance in MDL Court. I have defended class actions in state and federal courts in numerous pharmaceutical and medical device cases.
