Christopher is a Partner with McMillan's National Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Christopher works in all areas of corporate insolvency with a focus on complex reorganizations and receiverships, insolvency litigation, and cross-border mandates. Christopher acts for lenders, debtors, and court officers. Prior to joining McMillan, Christopher worked with a national turnaround and restructuring strategy group where he worked as a Vice President and Senior Director. In that role, Christopher worked primarily on corporate engagements and has acted as a financial advisor, a CCAA Monitor, a Trustee in Bankruptcy, and as both a private and court-appointed Receiver. In addition to being a practicing lawyer, Christopher is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT).
