I have been a Chef for more than 14 years, and after all of the over worked hours for no reward, I decided to change careers. I have recently entered into Accounting and Payroll Admin. in an accelerated course. I have worked my way through the ranks in the Restaurant industry from line cook, to Supervisor / Kitchen Manager with continuous hard work and bettering my abilities. Unfortunately, that was not enough for the many restaurants in my past; leaving me to want more in life. After a few years of streaming on Twitch, and trying my hands at something completely different, I came to realize that it is a stable, and secure career that I always wanted. Which put me on my current path of finance, and accounting.
