- Manage delegated duties from the Site Manager, Production Manager and Event Manager.- Support all aspects of the site/event, in planning matters relating to operations of the event.- General artist response, production and site event logistics.- Coordinate duties with Production Assets, Event Runners, Decor Team and Volunteers

- Responsible for leading a large team in the implementation of ground protection across a number of music festivals and concerts in Sydney. This involves keeping the team motivated and productive in ensuring that our product is deployed within the set deadlines.- Installation of barrier protection systems, as well as crowd control barriers. This involves marking out the positioning of the barrier systems in accordance with the site plan. As the team executes this plan my role is to ensure safe work practices and quality control.- Manage the warehouse, organise a team to clean and prepare equipment for deployment for the next event.
