Maintain federal, state and USPH approvals for testing.o Assist QA Manager and R & D with in-plant trials.• Assist with inspections, assessments, surveys, and program evaluations to identify potential quality hazards• Assist in the planning, developing, scheduling, and delivering quality education andtraining programs, including management training.• Assist with monthly meetings and help guide the quality assurance team.• Work with the QA Manager to manage the laboratory testing.• Maintain a working relationship with regulatory inspectors and third-party auditorsto ensure compliance with standards.• Assist QA Manager with the plant HACCP & SQF teams.• Develop operational and quality SOPs• Develop and maintain traceability programs to track product flow from farm to customer.• Train of all plant personnel regarding good housekeeping,manufacturing procedures, allergen control, proper sanitation, product handling,and other quality related requirements.
