Responsible for a team of 35 people in London, covering asset management, investment, development, specialist asset teams, finance and support functions.Built up an asset base to include core real estate product (offices, retail, industrial), several substantial sale and leaseback portfolios of healthcare, hotels, nightclubs, petrol stations, pubs, retail and leisure property.Developed key relationships with Investment Banks, Private Equity and Hedge Funds, and the Real Estate agency broking market.Developed investment/acquisition strategy and financing capability to transform London & Regional into one of Europe’s largest private Real Estate groups, with asset holdings across Europe.Pro-active management enabled the Group to become one of the largest private property companies in Europe.Structured and executed the group's first IPO, being of the Scandinavian business, and structured and negotiated the placing of bonds for two securitisations.
