Delegated team members to 5 committees based on their individual strengths, enabling organization and separation of responsibilities leading to efficient planning and strategizing of social events. Allocated the budget of $3500 for the semester, using Microsoft Excel to organize and budget financial data pertaining to social expenses. Performed research, identifying and adapting to which social aspects were most necessary in a virtual environment, effectively resulting in a 100% increase in event attendance compared to the previous semester.

As an intern at State Farm, I have gained valuable experience in customer service, insurance, and sales, working with a diverse and supportive team of professionals. I have helped to resolve customer inquiries, process claims, and generate leads, while learning about the various products and services offered by State Farm.
