Kit serves as the Senior Director of Program of Convergence Center for Policy Resolution, the leading nonprofit that convenes ideological and other opponents to bridge divides and solve intractable issues. He leads the development and implemention of the Convergence Learning Lab, the key initiative focused on expanding the organization's mission to inspire and equip public and private sector leaders to use and normalize collaborative problem-solving approaches within institutions and communities.
