Responsible for providing a wide range of asset management consultancy services to valued clients across Australia, while based in Queensland.Selected projects include:> Department of Defence Base Engineering Assessment Program (BEAP) – Delivery of a comprehensive infrastructure audit program across a variety of Defence estates’ network assets. Involved as a technical lead in the delivery of comprehensive sewerage network audits to determine the overall capacity, condition and compliance status of assets assessed.> Local Authorities lifecycle cost modelling – Developed a lifecycle cost model to estimate how much it would cost Local Authorities to manage and sustain road networks at varying design standards and traffic loads.> Local Authorities, State and Federal agency building condition assessments – These projects included collecting condition data in client specific structures, validating asset inventories, identification of opportunities for improvement in terms of reducing operational costs, and code compliance assessments. These projects also typically involved the development of long term financial plans for renewal and refurbishment activities at a component level, and the development of maintenance plans for cyclic, routine and statutory activities.> Local Authority asset valuations – Valuations of various asset classes including stormwater, roads, open space, water and wastewater assets for a range of Councils in Queensland and New South Wales. The valuations were undertaken in accordance with relevant Council policies, AASB Standards and state reporting requirements.> Water utilities price regulatory review – Provision of on-going assistance to lead auditors on water price regulatory review projects. Key tasks include preparation of performance and price benchmarks to better inform the level of prudence and efficiency across a sample of major capital works undertaken.
