After receiving an education in psychology from West Virginia University and a long tenure at campus libraries and Barnes & Noble, plus a stint as a gymnastics coach, I transitioned into the technology field. I have worked as an Associate Operations Support Analyst for NBC News Digital providing top-tier technical and publications support for NBC News, Today, and MSNBC brand websites. Working in such a well known, vast environments was both challenging and rewarding. Since August 2015, I have worked with the Premium Support team at Concord Technologies, a cloud-based fax service located in Seattle, WA. I have grown from a tier 1 technical support analyst into supervising and delegating daily tasks for up to ten teammates, plus oversight in four different segments of the responsibilities. I have grown into the provisioning manager--handling the fax number inventory, ordering, and structure of end user accounts--into the Support Operations Manager--providing services to the full, growing department with achieving goals interdepartmentally and assuring success for the department. In my work experience, I have been admonished for my productivity and organizational abilities. I have always met and exceeded company or group standards for productivity, and I rarely encounter others with a stronger work ethic. I am able adapt to new processes with ease. On top of computing knowledge in Windows and Mac OS, along with extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive, I am experienced in group leadership and project management in professional and volunteer capacities. I prefer to be challenged and always rise to meet the occasion. A team would be hard pressed to find a more organized, communicative, or self-motivated employee than myself.
