Oversaw recruitment, onboarding, and training of 18 personnel, completing the knowledge transfer and operational handover of 100+ processes within 4 months. In the first 2 months, the team processed £500k+ in revenue with a 75% cost reduction, while maintaining customer satisfaction and SLAs.- Had the pleasure of leading the Core Services PMO and Operations teams (28 personnel) to support the delivery of Ideagen products and services in regulated industries, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer value and driving revenue growth.- Established a new Operations capability and function to support strategic change initiatives, drive efficiencies, and to foster a culture of operational excellence- Overseen the successful integration of multiple acquisitions/processes into the core service delivery model through cross-functional collaboration, process re-engineering and fostering a cohesive culture and alignment with service delivery standards.
