It was highly important for me to make sure that anyone who came to get tested felt completely comfortable with the process and left feeling completely informed about the next steps and what they need to do. Other responsibilities included sorting out all the food for staff, dealing with technical problems as well as making sure we were fully staffed for Health and Safety purposes.
