Obtained building permits, procured materials and equipment; oversaw construction process to verify that the work produced was in accordance with plans, specifications and client expectations. Developed and implemented new policies, forms and procedures for sales and design department interaction including systems for the design, estimating, purchasing and scheduling; trained both departments on systems, policies and procedures.
