With over nine years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a product owner at MetLife, where I work with the sales and underwriting teams to deliver group benefits solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. As a certified SAFe® practitioner, agilist, and product owner, I apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. I also leverage my skills in research, and public speaking to communicate effectively and present data-driven insights. Before becoming a product owner, I was a senior business analyst and a senior underwriter at MetLife, where I gained valuable experience in risk assessment, rating, and pricing of group benefits products, as well as end-to-end ownership and decision-making authority of new business cases. My mission is to enable innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the health and well-being of our clients and their employees.
