Job duties included engineering design and development, which incorporated computer design and modeling along with finite element analysis and component optimization. New products were implemented using a team approach and the Danaher Business System (DBS) methodology, which was modeled after the Toyota Production System.Key Contributions:• Implementation of two new actuators for John Deere for use in their combines.
