Christopher Langley is the Development & Planning Lead of Batory Planning & Management which is a multidisciplinary consulting firm that integrates urban planning, development project management, and real estate consultancy, with an emphasis on a customer-focused experience for our clients.With 15 years of development planning and project management experience in high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Toronto, and throughout the GTA. Chris’ expertise as a solutions-oriented and strategy-focused project manager has led him to successfully navigate award-winning development projects from their initial acquisition and due diligence, through the development approvals process, to project completion in a cost-effective and timely manner. Chris is fluent in obtaining approvals through all stages of development projects; Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-Law Amendments, Plan of Subdivision, Site Plan, and Condominium Registration, and he has provided representation at the Committee of Adjustment for Severance and Minor Variance applications. Christopher is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning with both a Master of Applied Environmental Studies (MAES) and Bachelor in Environmental Studies, Planning (B.ES.) with specializations in both Land Development and Urban Design.
