I graduated from Northern Arizona University with my Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. While there I was actively involved in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, holding officer positions of Vice President and President. While in these positions, I secured funding for various engineering projects, set up industry tours, wrote the newsletter, made travel arrangements, lead meetings, built relationships with other universities and the professional ASME section in Arizona, as well as graphic design. I also held the position of Advertising and Marketing Research Chair for the ASME District E Student Operating Board. I interned with General Dynamics C4 Systems for two summers and a winter break, where I supported Rescue 21 program for the U.S. Coast Guard and MUOS for the U.S. Navy in a variety of ways, including testing and technical document creation and updating, and creating test procedures. I now work for Chrysler Group, LLC under contract to provide powertrain development testing. I look forward to growing my skills over a long career in the automotive and marine industries through challenging opportunities.
