Chris Latham was the Regional Executive for U.S. Trust, the leading private wealth management organization in the United States. U.S. Trust provides vast resources and customized solutions to help meet wealth structuring, investment management, banking and credit needs of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Latham led U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Bank for over a decade. He was the head of the South Atlantic Region covering Florida’s North, West and Central Markets, Georgia and South Carolina. In addition to his role at U.S. Trust, Latham served as Bank of America Market President in Charleston, South Carolina. In this dual role, he led the delivery of U.S. Trust’s full capabilities while also providing access to resources available through Bank of America and its affiliates - including capital markets products, large and complex financing solutions, and its extensive retail banking platform. He was responsible for strengthening communication and integration among the firm’s regional businesses, the overall client experience, and the economic impact to the region. As an active leader in the community, Latham served on the Spoleto Festival USA and the Trident Technical College Foundation Boards. He chaired the Development Committee for Spoleto Board and is a past board member of the SC Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics Foundation and the Trident United Way. Latham also served as the SC Bankers Association Legislative Committee Chair and the Trident United Way Palmetto Society Chair.

Latham brings 28 years of banking and wealth management expertise to the industry and has held multiple positions at Bank of America and its predecessor banks since 1991. Prior to joining U.S. Trust, Latham served in various management and production roles in Global Commercial Banking including Middle Market Banking and Commercial Real Estate Bank. Latham graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is a FINRA Registered Principal and a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Broker.
