Completing a PGCE has significantly advanced both my professional skills and personal growth. The course has expanded my understanding of pedagogical approaches, classroom practices, and the underlying theories. This has provided me with a variety of teaching tools and enhanced my creativity as an educator. The course structure has deepened my understanding of educational principles. Theoretical concepts are made practical and engaging through implementation and discussion. This experience has energized my teaching, moving me beyond merely going through the motions. It is a privilege to apply and discuss teaching principles that make our classrooms vibrant and inclusive. Overall, my PGCE has prepared me for Teaching in a number of institutions including university and affirmed my commitment to a career in teaching education.
