Responsible for Homebuilding Operations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and North Carolina. Led the Operations and Marketing of products and communities developed as “Lifestyle” communities targeted to “move down” empty nesters as well as younger condominium buyers.

Division President 2005-2006 (Mid Atlantic Division)Responsible for completing the merger of two builders (Masonry Homes and Gilligan Homes) acquired by TOUSA, with multiple communities in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware.

Responsible for Architecture, National Purchasing, and Community Design Teams. Oversee new product design and maintenance of all existing plans. Oversee National Purchasing contracts and Supply Chain management. Oversee and assist Divisions community land planning efforts for new communities to monitor compliance with company best demonstrated practices. Member of Neumann Homes National Land & Asset Committee.

Responsibilities include; achieving annual business plan, process management, training, and staffing for operations to sell and close over 900 homes with revenues exceeding $200 million.

Managed $50 - 65 million annual budgets. Annual sales and closing volume 300 - 500 homes in 2 counties. Accountable for land acquisition, sales and marketing, production, purchasing & supply chain, customer service, and public relations.
