SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER (MENA): Advanced Detection Technology (Bahrain). A regional provider of threat detection and access control security solutions• Responsible for selling, installing (Project Manager), commissioning, servicing and maintenance of security equipment (electro-mechanical, mechanical, and hydraulic) sold by the company.• Project management and implementation of delivering numerous security solutions in line with agreed budget, costs and timeframes.• Designing customized turnkey strategic security solutions for clients to meet their requirements.• Trouble shooting technical issues from request to conclusion.• Advised, purchased, installed and commissioned (3) VI150, (2) LPR systems, biometric access systems, server (control room), (2) battery backup systems and (9) bollard systems consisting of (26) hydraulic bollards with a 100% fully operational.

MAINTENANCE CONTROL CHIEF: US Navy US Military• Responsible for directing and controlling a team of 15 personnel in the maintenance and servicing of highly sensitive equipment to support mine countermeasures.• Quality Control for 11 years on multiple types of electronics (components, printed circuit board, test benches and electronic boxes) and from the multiple types of aircraft to the component level repairs.• Ensured the proper policies and procedures were being used during the launch, recovery, lubrication, directing (moving and taxing), pre-op and post-op checks.• Completed 748 maintenance actions and achieved a 90% ready for issue rate.• Managed the daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance (pre-ops, post-ops, and calibration) on 34 Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) testing stations and 345 test program sets. • Directed the reconfiguration of 34 CASS benches throughout 5 work centers and 152 personnel using Six Sigma LEAN programs. Improving the production while ensuring sustained 98% test bench availability and completing 2,492 maintenance actions.

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN: US Navy US Military• Responsible for the installation/ testing/ calibration/ troubleshooting/ repair of precision instrumentation.• Performed manufacturer level maintenance repairs on the multiple testing stations while maximizing the availability of aged legacy equipment.• Exceptional understanding of complex electronics troubleshooting / repairing to ensure the Automated Testing bench to remain 100% available throughout the 9 month deployment.• Implemented factory level troubleshooting/ repairs on 6 panel interface devices for 4 different ships, saving the Navy’s fleet $15K to $20K in repair cost and 4 weeks down time during operation Enduring Freedom (11-Aug-2001).• Recognized technical expert to assist Northrop Grumman engineers in the writing/ editing (from the initial to the final review) of the Organizational and Intermediate level maintenance policies and procedures publication for the Underwater mine detection vehicle (AN/AQS-24A). • Identified 1300 discrepancies, saving the Navy $390K in technical manual deficiencies revision cost. Flawlessly maintained 20 underwater mine detection vehicles (AN/AQS-24A). systems (side looking sonar/ Laser line scanning) and numerous MK-105 repair level components resulting in a 90% successful mission completion rate and an increase of 40% in reliability of the systems.
