• Quality Control for 11 years on multiple types of electronics (components, printed circuit board, test benches and electronic boxes) and from the multiple types of aircraft to the component level repairs.
• Ensured the proper policies and procedures were being used during the launch, recovery, lubrication, directing (moving and taxing), pre-op and post-op checks.
• Completed 748 maintenance actions and achieved a 90% ready for issue rate.
• Managed the daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance (pre-ops, post-ops, and calibration) on 34 Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) testing stations and 345 test program sets.

• Responsible for the installation/ testing/ calibration/ troubleshooting/ repair of precision instrumentation.
• Performed manufacturer level maintenance repairs on the multiple testing stations while maximizing the availability of aged legacy equipment.
• Exceptional understanding of complex electronics troubleshooting / repairing to ensure the Automated Testing bench to remain 100% available throughout the 9 month deployment.
• Implemented factory level troubleshooting/ repairs on 6 panel interface devices for 4 different ships, saving the Navy’s fleet $15K to $20K in repair cost and 4 weeks down time during operation Enduring Freedom.
• Recognized technical expert to assist Northrop Grumman engineers in the writing/ editing (from the initial to the final review) of the Organizational and Intermediate level maintenance policies and procedures.
