Duties and Skills Attained:-Testing and maintenance of power transformer-Testing and installation of auto-reclosure and protective relays in the power system network-I learnt how to use the following Instruments/tools: Omicron CPC 100, Sverker 760, IR tester, Ductor, Mega Bite 3 etc. -Testing and installation of Current Transformers -Inspection, installation and maintenance of substation battery charger and battery banks -Operation and maintenance of 11 and 33 KV Circuit Breakers such as SF6, Vacuum, Air and Oil CBs-Cable fault location on underground cables-Performed clean up after jobs and ensured tools are clean and kept in appropriate place for use-Assisted in compilation of checklist / work sheets for submission to the supervisor
