- Design, manufacture and assembled Toshiba’s Switchgear panel for prototyping and development purposes.- Ensure that the private projects or development project is delivered on time. - Detect and solve design related problems on in-service or completed switchgears.- Liaise with customers/ managers and generates conceptual / detail drawing for Toshiba switchgear.- Guide and supervises technician on switchgear assembly tasks.- Prepare BOM for Toshiba products and revise/update BOM to the latest version.- Liaise with supplier on special or urgent request.- Created 3D models of various Toshiba switchgear & circuit breaker products.- Delivered customised Toshiba switchgear products to customers in US (VZ ANSI Circuit Breaker), Indonesia (HVZ Switchgear) and Russia (HVZ Switchgear).- Conducted product development on Toshiba products (VZ Circuit Breakers, HVZ Switchgear, Low Voltage Motor Control Centre and Direct Current Switchgear). Conducted tests (temperature rise, type test, and lightning impulse) on Toshiba products in-house and certified lab in China.
