Daily management of 12 mobile technicians including among other tasks, scheduling, inventory management and time sheets.Technical phone support for approximately 400 customers in 7 states in the Northeast and Eastern NY assisting them in diagnosing and making repairs to their own equipment or determining they need a trained technician service visit. Site meetings with customers and occasional field service repairs as needed. Co-management of the installation and startup of new equipment working with owners/ investors, contractors, vendors and co-workers. Assist in management of warehouse staff. Process service tickets and repair estimates using Sage software systems. Support for regional accounting department.

As the service manager for New England Car Wash Equipment I manage the scheduling for service repair requests for 12 mobile technicians with approximately 400 customers in 7 states in the Northeast and Eastern NY. Assisting customers using technical phone support to assist them with their own wash repairs. Manage the installation and startup of new equipment working with owner - investors, contractors, vendors and co-workers.

Performed daily field repairs and installations of many different brands of car washing equipment, primarily PDQ Wash Systems, in the Northeast and Eastern New York region.
