Daily management of 12 mobile technicians including among other tasks, scheduling, inventory management and time sheets.Technical phone support for approximately 400 customers in 7 states in the Northeast and Eastern NY assisting them in diagnosing and making repairs to their own equipment or determining they need a trained technician service visit. Site meetings with customers and occasional field service repairs as needed. Co-management of the installation and startup of new equipment working with owners/ investors, contractors, vendors and co-workers. Assist in management of warehouse staff. Process service tickets and repair estimates using Sage software systems. Support for regional accounting department.
