Operations Analyst
Current• Extract, transform, load (ETL) big data using standardized & custom file ingestion procedures• Analyze operations data/processes, update stat trackers, recommend optimizations to management• Monitor raw/production data to ensure quality/accuracy, identify patterns, understand changes/discrepancies, and notify stakeholders• Author standard operating procedures, dictionary, mapping, formatting, and training documentation• Report data availability, file load performance, campaign activity, timelines, match rates, etc.• Respond to file load, reach, ID mapping, exposure, and ad hoc information requests/discussions• Evaluate processes for automation eligibility, then propose, develop, & implement solutions• Conduct data experiments and manual deep dives to test hypotheses, investigate anomalies/changes, and generate actionable insights• Coordinate communications between internal/external and technical/non-technical teams to meet SLA• Lead projects, onboard partners, establish workflows while serving as operations subject matter expert• Maintain working knowledge of ever-changing advertising effectiveness business, data infrastructure, and industry trends• Adhere to strict data security, retention, secure transfer, and identity/privilege access management policies
