Chris and I worked directly on a couple of GM’s prestigious vehicle program with the responsibility for flawless execution in relation to Cost, Quality and Delivery. He was an excellent partner to me and to Delphi's businesses, and led the overall program. He is a hands-on business partner, and was highly respected by the Delphi plants (a tough goal). Chris is also easy to work with. He maintained a database of team member birthdays and would wish every member of the team on their birthday. He maintained his sense of humor and sense of purpose to get the job done. There were several leadership changes during the program, and Chris stepped in to ensure continuity of leadership and worked well with the team, and with suppliers to manage the complex programs. He helped structure the approach to review program status, to expose problems early, and to solve them in a timely manner. I would welcome the opportunity to provide further details, and provide my highest recommendation for Chris."
