Provided detailed and in-depth analytical support to the U.S Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) agents conducting force protection and threat mitigation in support of U.S. Africa Command’s operations to counter transnational threats and malign actors in Western Africa.- Served as the civilian OSI all-source analyst representative responsible for processing field agent reports, source reports, and national intelligence information in support of efforts to understand local atmospherics while providing threat products to the OSI Officer-in-Charge. These products were part of three distinct lines of action to identify threats to the U.S. military and diplomatic personnel residing in Niamey, Niger.- Created analytical products using multiple intelligence disciplines to support OSI’s efforts to understand and monitor regional and foreign malign actors operating in Niamey, Niger. These products were briefed to the OSI Officer-in-Charge, provided to higher OSI commands for briefing, and made available to the broader intelligence community.

Afghanistan

Provided fused intelligence reporting in support of Operation Resolute Support, Task Force Southeast Commanding General, and NATO’s Train, Advise, and Assist initiative to achieve the commander’s intent of supporting joint, multi-national, and partner force operations throughout the assigned area of responsibility. Intelligence products were disseminated throughout the Command Staff, providing Senior Leadership with relevant and timely intelligence information.- Designed and managed an analytical database to track Enemy Initiated Activity, providing Battle Staff and intelligence directorate personnel with an efficient and intuitive interface to query over 9,000 historical enemy actions. Information provided the foundation for near and long-term threat analysis while contributing graphical and statistical input for Commander’s Intelligence briefings, summaries, point papers, and deep dives. - Designed and managed an analytical database to track Enemy Indirect Fire, providing Battle Staff and intelligence directorate personnel with an effective tool to track, view, and display historical indirect fire information. Created in-depth analysis in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, theater and operational planning, contingency operations, joint and multi-national training exercises, and strategic engagement throughout U.S. Central Command’s (CENTCOM) area of responsibility and areas of interest.Served as the senior civilian intelligence planner on the Special Operations Joint Force Staff, providing detailed analytical support, course of action input, and risk analysis for both near and long-term, joint, and multi-national planning. The scope of responsibilities directly impacted warfighters conducting operations and senior decision-makers approving operations. - Served as the senior civilian intelligence directorate all-source analyst, responsible for researching unclassified and classified databases in preparation of intelligence point papers, summaries, and read-ahead materials in support of joint and multi-national operational briefings, resulting in increased staff situational awareness. - Provided bi-weekly analytical estimates for three areas of responsibility, focusing on the adversary and malign actor’s current and future operations and how these operations would impact U.S. strategic interests and regional policy. Planned and coordinated resourcing for over 90 tailored intelligence training exercises, ensuring 21 U.S. Navy vessels across the western Pacific maintained intelligence qualifications and certifications and were fully mission capable. - Led teams of up to 13 personnel across broad technical and instructional disciplines while tracking exercise progression to ensure training milestones were completed on time and with the desired results.- Provided direct training to 71 students in shipboard intelligence analysis, collection, and procedures, which resulted in increased knowledge and nine U.S. navy vessels receiving their intelligence certifications. - Delivered executive-level leaders with routine updates regarding the intelligence warfare mission area while resolving complex scheduling and manning issues, resulting in 98% of all required mission area training being accomplished.

Serving as Senior Intelligence Analyst, led 41 joint service personnel located in eight geographically separated locations in all facets of administration, policy, and project completion regarding intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination for U.S, NATO, and European Union customers. - Supervised the transition of the NATO Maritime Headquarters limited Counter-Piracy Indications and Warning Operations Center into NATO’s single Maritime Operations Center responsible for monitoring worldwide maritime and geopolitical developments.
