My responsibilities extended to the administration and management of SharePoint sites for both SPOs, including FSID, IT Development, and Resource Management System (RMS). I supervised equipment inventory and transitioned to a SharePoint-based tracking system. As the Information Assurance Officer and Cybersecurity Liaison for both SPOs, I handled in/out processing, monitored security workflows, and responded to security incidents. Additionally, I supported and managed the PIWG website and conferences, creating documentation and providing training for various systems. As a Program Manager I managed 11 senior software developers and cybersecurity professionals and managed a $58 million dollar contract.

I administrated, managed and was the subject matter expert on the Functional Systems Integrated Database (FSID). FSID handles the 107 (TAR), 202 (ETAR), 107 (MARs), (DWR), (PM), and (CAP) forms. The FSID program spans more than 17 organizations across more than 17 air bases and approximately 1300+ users.In SharePoint I am the Program manager, admin, and manager of the B1 & B52 WWD/WBN/WBD SharePoint sites. The sites are used for communication across both (SPOs). I also managed the IT Development SharePoint site, FSID team SharePoint site. These sites were for smaller projects related to our team and including the IT support team. I managed/administrated the (RMS) & IT Equipment Tracking Sites. RMS tracks all the users in both SPO’s and would be used for facility management, user management, training management, security/personal record management, maps, and recall rosters. I mapped the SPOs, labeled each section, initial inventory equipment. I managed the Equipment inventory for both SPO’s. This required me to supervise our team of technicians in tracking, managing, administrating, and swapping out equipment. I developed a routine schedule for biannual inventory requirements for both offices to keep track of equipment. I was also the training manager for the SPOs and worked with my civilian counterparts to devise and develop training programs for all personnel. I have created all the documentation used for every system and subsystem the entire JMark team uses. This includes FSID, TSC, SharePoint, RMS, PIWG, IAO, SIPR. I also provided training to new employees hired under JMark, AF civilian employees, and other contractors as needed. I supported, managed, and administrated the (PIWG) website and scheduled biannual PIWG conferences. I managed the action items in the conferences, news ticker, users, and user roles.My job also consisted of my previous JMark job duties.
