-Led, trained and supervised TACC Ops Section, consisting of 1 Major, 4 Captains, 1 Gunnery Sergeant, 2 Staff Sergeants, 9 Sergeants and 1 Corporal in both garrison and field exercises.-During Field Synthetic Training - Joint 22-2, Winter Fury 22 and Weapons and Tactics Instructor 22-2, coordinated 365 missions involving 848 sorties as Air Defense Coordinator, Close Battle Coordinator, and Senior Air Coordinator. -Naval Integration: Established liaison program with Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) to send MACG-38 Marines for professional Composite Warfare Construct (CWC) and JADOCS training. Assisted TTGP in curriculum updates involving MACG capabilities. -Led, trained and supervised 25 Marines. Held responsibility for their morale, welfare, accountability, administrative matters, and professional development.-Officer In Charge, MACG-28/LAAD Detachment to MAG-29 for the Trident Juncture 2018 Deployment. Responsible for $5 million worth of equipment and the execution of air defense for a major NATO exercise.-Conducted major training exercises at Mountain Warfare Training Center (Bridgeport, CA), Exercise Artic Edge 2018 (Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson/Fort Wainwright, AK). Selected to be the Platoon Commander for the first FIM-92 Stinger Live Fire as a part of a Combined Arms Live Fire Exercise.
