CurrentAttorney Lynch focuses his practice on the defense of civil litigation matters. He handles all types of defense cases with a particular emphasis on products liability and toxic torts involving a wide variety of products and defendants. He has defended cases involving aircraft, chemicals, consumer products, construction equipment, durable medical equipment, electrical equipment, exercise equipment, food and beverages, HVAC equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and OTC products, swimming pools and diving equipment, and a host of other products and complicated liability situations. He has defended a number of multiple plaintiff litigations involving asbestos, chemicals, dietary products and services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals and OTC products. Attorney Lynch also defends trucking accident cases. He has represented individual owner/operators along with small to large carriers in cases involving serious injuries and deaths. Attorney Lynch has also defended many serious injury cases including deaths, burns, paralysis, paraplegia, quadriplegia, brain trauma, and many serious fire losses and property damages claims. Attorney Lynch is a Member of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM), the Torts and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association, the Products Liability and Drug and Medical Device Sections of the Defense Research Institute; and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association.
