Chris has more than 17 years of experience working on a broad base of environmental projects in the nonprofit, government, and private sectors with a focus on environmental impact analysis and compliance for projects under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Washington State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). He has developed compliance strategies and led or reviewed analyses of NEPA projects under the jurisdiction of several federal and state agencies including the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Federal Aviation Administration’s Office of Commercial Space Transportation (FAA/AST), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Surface Transportation Board (STB), US Department of Transportation (DOT), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the US Forest Service, among others. In addition, Chris has led or supported SEPA analyses for the Washington State Department of Transportation, King County Metro, Sound Transit, and the Washington State Department of Ecology.
