10 years experience in the construction inspection industry with roles as a QC Inspector, CEI inspector, CEI senior inspector, CEI contract support specialist, and CEI project administrator for FDOT &CFX projects. My responsibilities include logging piles for pile driving, testing structural concrete for plastic properties and making samples, logging densities in density log book for earthwork materials, & sampling materials. Skills performed during the past projects include and consisted of inspection, testing, and documenting quantities. I sampled, inspected and verified tested all of the following: subgrade, lime rock, black base, and concrete pavement.  Inspect milled surfaces for proper depth, cross slopes, and profile per plans. Verify QC reports for asphalt spread rates, tack spread rates, and cross slopes. Inspect asphalt for proper density, segregation, and slippage. Inspect the final lift of structural course with rolling straightedge. Track and report pay item quantities for monthly estimate cut-offs and assist with putting together final estimate lot packages. Current responsibilities include the following. Conduct monthly progress estimates. Track quantities with PA justification spreadsheet, line item adjustments, & contract adjustments for monthly estimates; adjustments are included and not limited to composite pay factor, bituminous, fuel, damage recovery/lane rental fees, & work order adjustments. Verify contractor monthly certifications for accuracy and compliance. Enter stockpile request into PTS for partial payments for applicable pay items. Maintain summary tracking logs for the listed items; contractor certified MOT & striping quantities, asphalt materials, composite pay factors, fuel, contingency spreadsheets, overrun & underruns, PA time log, RFI log, & contractor submittal log. Submit monthly weather letters and CPPR for senior project engineer for review and signature. Record all time change orders in site manager that corresponds with monthly weather letter. Assemble asphalt lot submittal packages and verify for accuracy. Construct final as-built plans with all revisions and authorized field changes. Track encumbered funds for supplemental agreements and additional funds required for the contract. Assembled supplemental agreements and work orders for FDOT for review.
