I have been developing writing for the last 4 years at my current school and through coaching, training sessions and word of mouth, my Cold, Warm and Hot write model is now widely used around Stockport. Furthermore, I am an accredited KS2 writing moderator. I have also developed our school's GPS teaching through staff meetings and whole-school training which have led to hugely improved attainment in this area. I have launched a training platform called Useful Learning that leads workshops, seminars and lectures at Liverpool Hope University to trainee teachers and PGCE students. The focus of these are maths based.
