-Directed and assisted drill crew, as well as, up to 30 additional personnel for various tasks throughout multiple high stress/high risk operations.-Directly oversaw daily location logistics to include $200,000.00 daily operations costs. Performed and delegated the loading and unloading of trucks and transportation of equipment. Some pieces of equipment being $1,000,000.00 in value. -Assigned daily tasks and performed quality control of those tasks and other work details. -Trainer/Mentor in the "Green Hat" training program. Trained new employees on safe working practices and operations. -Conducted required safety meetings pre/post tour.-Directed multiple crews and equipment under high stress, adverse conditions in order to meet strict deadlines.-Currently drilling for Chevron.

Directly managed 6-30 personnel in various phases of the project. -Coordinated logistics for up to 6 companies at one time in various locations accomplishing different phases of the drill/work-over plan. -Troubleshot problems in any aspect of the operation with no/limited support. -Directed multiple crews and equipment under very high stress, adverse conditions in order to meet strict deadlines.

-Person in charge of scheduling office responsible for the scheduling of both day-to-day & long-term needs of 250-300 personnel. -Promoted “Below the Zone” or 6 months early for exemplary service. (5-10 in approx. 1500 were selected.) -Attended weekly meeting with the Director of Operations as scheduling representative. -Coordinated between multiple departments, divisions, squadrons and services in order to always have the desired amount of aircraft and personnel ready for deployment. -Coordinated international logistics on a very large scale. Very complex and demanding work. -Also served as a combat gunner on the MH-53J/M helicopter as part of the Joint Special Operations Counter Terrorism Task Force for multiple combat deployments in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
