I am an enthusiastic and motivational equity leader and inclusion practitioner . My goals include creating healthy organizational culture by identifying the DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) frameworks, systems, policies, and programs that elevate leaders at all levels while aligning with organization mission and goals.
