Collaborated with researchers, including presenting finds at meetings of UCSC and UCSF professors to efficiently categorize data using SQL.• Spike Sorting Algorithm: Implemented a spike sorting algorithm using Python data science modules and data visualization tools to display data from UCSF experiments on a Jupypter notebook using HTML and Dash Plotly.
