Recruited as a Level 2 Engineer to:-Manage and maintain 130+ virtualized servers, two iSCSI SAN storage, two tier clustered firewall and a three tier network environment ensuring 99.9% or better up-time and support 1,200+ desktop users. -Evaluate, monitor and enhance the IT infrastructure with an emphasis on availability, reliability, scalability, security, data confidentiality and system integrity. -In this capacity I also act as an escalation point and trainer for level 1 engineers and interns.
