Much of my career has been spent managing complex residential, commercial, institutional and mixed-use development proposals, preparing written reports and presenting professional recommendations to City Council while ensuring that local and higher-order sustainability objectives, growth policies, by-law regulations, and urban design guidelines are being met. With an appreciation of both the modern aesthetic and heritage buildings, I strive to ensure that new developments both large and small meaningfully enhance the public realm through high-quality urban design and positively contribute to a neighborhood’s livability. I pride myself on my ability manage complex projects by prioritizing simultaneous demands, fostering and maintaining positive client relationships and by exercising critical judgment and analytical thinking in high-stress situations.
