Launched a capital campaign for the development of Wonderland, Inc. to increase its capacity from 500 students to over 1450 students. Led the transition of the board of directors to its existing board and participate in the board meetings. Led the development and integration of the Advisory Board and Steering Committee. Led a team of 58 faculty and staff to enhance the operations of the organizations. Led the migration from Microsoft Excel grading system to a more comprehensive Student Information System (SIS) with a focus on parental engagement. This system allowed for more efficient back office work and reporting, more focus on student learning, and more concise and time efficient “end of the year” record keeping. Led the expansion of the campus in the intermediate (4th/5th) and middle school grade levels. Ensured accurate records for all city requirements. Consistently met with the Math department to ensure and review the methodology of the skills taught. Taught struggling students’ math and science skills with a State Test (TAKS AND STAAR) passing rate of 100%.

Houston, Texas Area

As a Level III engineer (held certifications as a certified electrical system analyst and flight controller), led the second most complicated mission in the history of the International Space Station. Developed and presented critical pre-planning electrical mission data to the flight community which included the mission’s astronauts, flight directors, and remaining flight community. Acted as the United States electrical systems liaison to the International Partners to accomplish a successful planned mission. Manned the PRO console in the Mission Control Center for over 10 mission during the construction, critical maneuvers, and special missions. Project lead for the development and implementation of the Electrical Power Systems Architectural Database. Presented developmental tools to the congressional committee for future missions support.
