Manage 16 employees performing assigned duties at Robins Air Force Base, GA. Develop and implement policies to ensure contractual obligations are met or exceeded. Develop and implement schedules for Air Weapons Officer, Senior Director, Senior Director Technician and Airborne Operations Technician courses to ensure timely completion of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) for students. Develop and implement Mission Support Operations Team schedules to meet contractual obligations associated with Continuation Training (CT), Spin up and Distributed Mission Operation support for Active Duty and Air National Guard members. Trained a 170-day Air Force Specialty Code awarding Air Battle Manager (ABM) course to 545 officers for USAF, ANG and AF Reserve Combat Air Force (CAF) operations. Utilized $18M Undergraduate ABM Training system and $24M BCS-T mission trainer teaching operational and tactical Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) to USAF air dominance forces. Oversaw the development and presentation of course curriculum and lectures. Ensured the syllabus met CAF BMC2 requirements. Designed lesson plans and presented lectures on console familiarization, BMC2, surveillance, data links and communications.
