He is responsible for providing bespoke financing solutions for Surya’s clients that require debt and equity for their commercial real estate assets. Surya is a nationwide practice that provides targeted financing solutions for transactions that range from stable cash flowing properties to complex, heavily structured acquisition, conversion and construction financing. For over 15 years, Chris has successfully managed real estate client relationships. He provides lending solutions to both publicly traded and private companies and is credit trained. Chris has additional proficiency in work-outs and private banking and has been a member of the New York Bar since 2000.
